Shipping

For in-stock products displayed on the website, we will complete order processing within 3 business days.

For customized products ordered by distributors or influencers, delivery timelines will follow the terms specified in the contract (generally, order processing will be completed within 10 business days after mutual confirmation).

The product prices listed on the website do not include taxes or shipping fees. A detailed breakdown of the total cost will be calculated by the system before payment is finalized.

Current product delivery regions include: Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania.

For orders under $300, we offer SF International’s Economy Service with full declared value. Shipping fees range between $18 and $40, with delivery times of 3–10 calendar days.

For orders of $300 or more, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited with full declared value. Shipping fees are capped at $100 (any excess will be covered by us), with delivery times of 3–5 calendar days.

Please note that depending on the shipping destination, you may be required to pay customs duties or taxes before receiving your order.

If you require an alternative shipping method, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the most suitable delivery option.

1. All prices on this website are quoted in US dollars. The final settlement amount will also be calculated in USD. Please use your own currency conversion tools to check the current exchange rate, as we are unable to respond to email inquiries regarding this matter.

2. We accept PayPal, most major credit cards, and debit cards. Even without a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal using a standard credit card. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additionally, we accept our own payment method — EAS Gift Certificates.

3. All international customers are responsible for any applicable tariffs or import duties in their respective countries. enamelartstudio will not mark items as “gifts” (as this practice is illegal). Please contact your local customs office for specific fee information.

4. Please note: enamelartstudio is not liable for the loss or damage of shipped items and will not offer replacements or compensation in the following situations:

The customer authorizes shipment without tracking or insurance coverage.

The item is detained by customs or other government authorities.

The item is shipped to a country without postal or courier service coverage.

Loss or damage results from events beyond our reasonable control.

Loss or damage occurs after delivery has been completed.

The courier or postal service confirms that your package has been successfully delivered.

Routine Maintenance and Care

1. By avoiding contact between your jewelry and chemicals such as soaps and lotions, and developing the habit of removing rings before bathing or swimming (especially in seawater or chlorinated water), you can significantly reduce the likelihood of experiencing a green discoloration on your finger.

2. Sterling silver reacts differently with each wearer’s body chemistry. Some people may notice the silver itself darkening upon contact with their skin, while others may see their skin darken where it touches the silver. This phenomenon commonly occurs with rings and can vary from one ring to another!

3. Chemicals in swimming pools and hot tubs often react with silver, which can not only cause the jewelry to tarnish but may also turn it completely black. This type of darkening usually cannot be removed by hand and requires professional restoration. Ain’t nobody got time for that! To stay safe, always take it off before entering.

4. The key point is that this is not a sign of inferior metal quality—it is simply a natural chemical reaction between your body and the metal. The best way to manage it is to keep both your jewelry and your skin as clean as possible.

4. Gently polishing your silver jewelry daily with a dedicated silver polishing cloth can help. After about one to two weeks of consistent care, the reaction typically subsides.

RETURNS

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund/exchange matters follow a fixed procedure.

If you are strongly interested in purchasing but still have doubts about the product’s quality or appearance, please contact us via WhatsApp or email first. We will provide dynamic videos or specific parameters of the product to assist you in making a final decision. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt via email or the contact page. We will then arrange a return, exchange, or refund (if eligible under our return policy). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund will be processed after we have inspected the returned item.

Please note that custom-made orders (including all personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective by us. If production on the order has already begun, additional charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

If the item you received has quality issues or malfunctions within 1 year of purchase, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or repair. Please note that whether a product is defective is ultimately determined by us. Damage caused by negligence, external force, or improper use may be repairable upon our assessment, and the related repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Note that all refunds will be issued through our website using the original payment method (PayPal or our payment gateway). We cannot make payments to bank accounts or similar—all refunds must be processed through the original payment channel.

We want you to be satisfied with our products and will protect your rights within reasonable limits. Refunds or exchanges are only available for items returned within 7 days in their original, unused, and resalable condition.

Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless we determine that there is a quality issue.

When returning an item (for return/exchange or size adjustment), you must mark the package as a “returned item”; otherwise, we may incur customs/import fees. We will refuse shipments that require us to pay such fees, and you may be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the sender.

All promotional items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Promotional offers are final. This includes any items purchased using discount coupons or promotional vouchers.
